The short version. EVRY is free and in early access. We show you EV chargers and our best estimate of whether they're working, but we can't guarantee any charger will be available or working when you arrive.
Use EVRY sensibly, don't misuse it, and always follow road rules and the charger operator's own terms. The full terms are below, and they're what count.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use the EVRY website at evrywhere.dev and the EVRY web app, including when you join the waitlist ("EVRY", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using EVRY, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use EVRY.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. EVRY is currently focused on New South Wales, Australia.
EVRY brings public EV charging locations from many networks into one map. It adds features such as saved chargers, your vehicle profile, Confidence Scores and Intent Hold.
EVRY is an early-access product. Features may change, be limited, or be removed as we build. We aim to keep EVRY running smoothly, but it may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors.
EVRY is not a charging network. We don't own, operate or maintain chargers, and we don't control their pricing, availability or condition.
Intent Hold lets you signal that you're heading to a charger, and it may alert you about changes in likely availability. An Intent Hold is not a booking or reservation. It doesn't hold a bay for you or stop anyone else from using the charger. Holds expire automatically.
You may share information such as charger reports, status updates, notes and feedback ("Contributions"). You keep ownership of your Contributions.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, adapt and display your Contributions to operate and improve EVRY and to help other drivers. Where we show Contributions to others, we show them without your name.
Please only share information you believe is accurate. We may remove Contributions that are false, misleading or break these Terms.
You agree not to:
EVRY links to and relies on services we don't control. These include charging networks, map providers, Google sign-in and hosting providers. Your use of a charger or another provider's service is governed by that provider's terms and pricing. We aren't responsible for third-party services, but we'll help where we reasonably can.
EVRY is currently free. If we introduce paid features, such as bookings or payments, we'll show the price and any extra terms clearly before you pay. You won't be charged for anything you haven't agreed to.
We own, or are licensed to use, EVRY's software, design, branding, Confidence Score methodology and compiled datasets. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use EVRY for your own non-commercial purposes under these Terms. Third-party data is used under its own licence, including Transport for NSW data under CC-BY 4.0.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any guarantee that can't lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows:
You can stop using EVRY at any time. To delete your account and data, email hello@evrywhere.dev.
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms, or where needed to protect other users or EVRY. Where reasonable, we'll tell you first.
We may update these Terms as EVRY grows. We'll change the effective date above. If a change materially affects you, we'll notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using EVRY after that, the updated Terms apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
